采后热处理作为近年快速发展的贮藏保鲜技术,已经应用于多种水果的采后品质与病虫害控制方面。苹果是当今世界上重要的水果之一,热处理在苹果贮藏保鲜方面已得到较为深入的研究。介绍了采后热处理的各种方法及其组合,着重阐明了采后热处理对果实贮藏期间病虫害的控制。
译文：Postharvest heat treatments are being used for disinfection and disinfestations in numerous fruits and vegetables for many years. Apple is one of important world-wide crops, and the applications of heat treatments in apples for improving fruit quality have been further investigated. This review introduces methods and combining techniques of postharvest heat treatments, and focuses on heat for control of storage diseases and pests of apples.
文章通过对英国鱼产品零售业市场结构和运作过程的观察,发现消费者购物方式的变化影响到鱼产品零售商营销模式的调整,最终造成整个英国鱼产品供应链的重组,证实了消费方式的调整能够带动整个与之相关产业链的调整。并根据我国的实际情况提出了政策建议。
译文：This paper surveys the structure and operating procedure of British fish retail market. This study finds out the varying of shopping methods influences on the adjustment of whole framework of fish retailers, and it will cause the reintegration of the whole supply chain of fish product. It proves the adjustment of consumption pattern can drive the correlated industry chain change. Finally, we give our advice according to the current condition in our country.
